  1. Short: Turn screen borders black

  6. BorderBlank  toggles  border-blanking for the frontmost screen. That is, it
  7. can give screens a jet-black sharp-edged border.
  8.  
  9. Unlike  most utilities, it turns on this feature for individual screens. In
  10. Workbench  3  or greater, there is a 'global' switch which, when turned on,
  11. will blank every screen border. BorderBlank will be ineffective. Therefore,
  12. another  utility  -  'GlobalBorderBlank'  is  provided to toggle the global
  13. feature.

  15. BorderBlank requires 2.0 or better.
  16. GlobalBorderBlank requires 3.0 or better.
  17. Both require the ECS chipset or better.
